The People’s Forum is a New York-based movement incubator for working class and marginalised communities to build unity across historic lines of division at home and abroad. They are an accessible educational and cultural space that nurtures the next generation of visionaries and organisers who believe that through collective action a new world is possible.
Through methodologies such as popular education, their cultural work and their media laboratory, the space serves as a movement incubator for grassroots organisations and individuals to connect and gather ideas for collective action.
They are at the moment accepting applications for a Revolutionary Summer School: a virtual summer introductory-level program for organisers, visionaries and people in resistance to any type of oppression. Participants will develop their method to analyse the past and present, build capacities for movement building through studying examples of revolutionary processes around the world, and expand their vision for a transformed future.
