Alborada is an independent voice on Latin American politics, media and culture. They provide a progressive take on the region, offering alternative perspectives. They also regularly organise documentary screenings and talks. Their sister organisation Alborada Films produces and distributes documentaries on Latin America covering similar issues.
In May 2015, they launched their print magazine with a commitment to promoting public consciousness of Latin America through high-quality journalism from emerging and established writers. Entirely independent, Alborada magazine contains 68 full-colour pages of analysis on the most important stories, people and movements in Latin America and offers perspectives rarely found in the mainstream media.
