Praticas Desodedientes (Disobedient Practices) is a group of studies focusing on the development of contemporary art practices with decolonial perspectives. They research methodologies, collective learning processes and languages to understand how the thought and production of art affects us estimulating new procedures in the elaboration flow between the discursive field and its materialisation.
Elixir is a program offering open and free seminars, laboratories, gatherings and a podcast organised by the research projects of Africa in the Arts and Disobedient Practices groups, both from the Universidade Federal do Recôncavo in Bahia, Brazil.
Also a bridge for the building and strengthening of networks understanding the importance of epistemological resignification.
