Consented is part of the independent subversive magazine and activism in print scene in London. Consented has produced 10 independent printed magazines on belonging, resilience, environment, science and surveillance, class and capitalism, race and empire, education, gender, love and desire, resistance and mental health available on their website or upon subscription.
Occasionally they host events looking at issues of race, racism and colonialism.
All the income received from the sales of the magazines and the tickets for the events hosted is reinvested into Consented. This allows them to keep the disruptive project sustainable and develop new streams, such as the upcoming school project they are currently working on in collaboration with Hacking Education.
